Demand Orbit provides information about attention infrastructure, content intelligence, multi-platform publishing workflows, YouTube growth systems, enterprise media strategy, demand engineering, and related services powered by the Demand Orbit Intelligence Engine.

Public website content is provided for general informational purposes and does not create a client, partnership, employment, or advisory relationship by itself.

You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code, scrape the site in a way that burdens infrastructure, or use the site for unlawful activity.

Workspace users may optionally enroll in recurring transactional SMS messages from Demand Orbit concerning account activity, reports, requested reminders, service updates, and support. Message frequency varies and is generally fewer than 10 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply.

Consent to receive SMS messages is optional and is not a condition of purchase or Workspace access. Reply STOP to any message to opt out or HELP for assistance.

The Demand Orbit name, logo, visual system, copy, graphics, frameworks, and website materials are owned by Demand Orbit or its licensors unless otherwise stated.

By using Demand Orbit features that access or publish to YouTube, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. You authorize Demand Orbit to act on the connected channel only for the actions you select and, where your publishing workflow permits, for Demand Orbit staff to act as your authorized publishing agent.

By using connected Facebook Page or Instagram professional-account features, you also agree to the Meta Platform Terms and the terms and policies applicable to the connected asset. You authorize Demand Orbit to access the selected asset and perform only the publishing, reporting, or management actions approved in your workflow.

By using connected LinkedIn Company Page features, you also agree to the LinkedIn API Terms of Use and the terms and policies applicable to the connected Page. You authorize Demand Orbit to access the selected Company Page and perform only the publishing, analytics, or management actions approved in your workflow.

You represent that you own or are authorized to publish submitted content and manage each connected destination, and that the content complies with the destination platform's rules and applicable law. Demand Orbit does not control YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, or other third-party platforms and is not responsible for their policies, availability, algorithms, or actions.

Demand Orbit may describe systems, strategies, analysis, and expected business value. Actual outcomes depend on many factors outside Demand Orbit's control, including audience behavior, market conditions, platform changes, execution quality, and client inputs.

The website is provided as is and as available. Demand Orbit disclaims warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Demand Orbit will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of this website.
