Information We Collect
When you contact Demand Orbit, we may collect the information you choose to provide, including your name, email address, company, website, and message.
We may also receive ordinary technical information from your browser or server request, such as IP address, user agent, referring page, and timestamps, as part of normal website logging and security operations.
When you use a Demand Orbit product or management application, we may collect account, login, organization, contact, permission, audit, session, and operational records needed to provide and secure those systems.
SMS And Mobile Information
Demand Orbit may collect a mobile phone number, SMS consent status, and records describing when and how consent was granted or withdrawn when a Workspace user chooses to enable text notifications.
SMS messages may include account notices, report-ready notifications, requested reminders, service updates, and customer-support communication. Message frequency varies and is generally fewer than 10 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply.
Mobile information, including phone numbers and SMS consent records, will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Demand Orbit may provide mobile information to service providers solely as needed to deliver and operate the SMS program, or when disclosure is required by law.
SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase or Workspace access. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Opt-out requests are honored for future messages.
YouTube API Services
Demand Orbit products use YouTube API Services, including the YouTube Data API and YouTube Analytics API, to support creator strategy, channel reporting, video publishing, captions, thumbnails, playlists, scheduling, and management of videos a user chooses to publish through Demand Orbit.
Some Demand Orbit systems use only public YouTube API data, such as public channel metadata, public video metadata, public thumbnails, public channel statistics, public video statistics, and public upload playlist information. Other Demand Orbit systems may request user authorization through Google or YouTube OAuth to access YouTube account, channel, or reporting data that the user chooses to grant.
Demand Orbit does not ask users for their Google or YouTube passwords. Authorized access, when used, is handled through Google's authorization process and the scopes shown during consent.
The public website embeds a Demand Orbit walkthrough hosted by YouTube. Loading or playing the embedded video connects the visitor's browser to YouTube, which may receive browser, device, network, interaction, cookie, or local-storage information under Google's policies.
Use of YouTube API Services is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service, the YouTube API Services Terms of Service, and the Google Privacy Policy.
YouTube Data We Collect

Demand Orbit does not use YouTube API Services to download, copy, cache, or store YouTube audiovisual content for offline playback.
How We Use YouTube Data
Demand Orbit uses YouTube-related data to provide creator strategy, channel and video review, reporting, content planning, and, when authorized, to create or update YouTube videos, upload captions and thumbnails, assign playlists, and apply privacy or scheduling choices selected by the user or the user's authorized Demand Orbit staff.
Demand Orbit may preserve historical public metric samples for internal reporting and trend analysis where permitted by the YouTube API Services Terms and applicable approvals. Current-state YouTube metadata is refreshed or deleted as required by YouTube API Services policies.
If Demand Orbit displays metrics or analysis that are calculated by Demand Orbit rather than returned directly by YouTube API Services, Demand Orbit identifies those metrics as Demand Orbit-derived or otherwise separates them from YouTube-provided API data.
Facebook And Instagram Platform Technologies
Demand Orbit is developing connected publishing features that use technologies provided by Meta Platforms, Inc., including APIs for Facebook Pages and Instagram professional accounts. These features are intended to let authorized clients connect selected business assets, review and publish content, monitor publication status, and use available performance and engagement information in Demand Orbit reporting and content intelligence.
Demand Orbit accesses a Facebook Page or Instagram professional account only after an authorized administrator grants access through Meta's authorization process. Demand Orbit does not ask for or receive a user's Facebook or Instagram password. The permissions requested during authorization determine what Demand Orbit can access and do.
Use of these features is also subject to the Meta Platform Terms, applicable Meta developer policies, and the Meta Privacy Policy.

Demand Orbit acts only on assets the authorizing user is permitted to manage. Demand Orbit does not use Meta Platform Data to make unrelated eligibility, credit, employment, insurance, housing, or similar decisions.
